What We Collect
Here are a few more details if you have any furniture or household items to give (or are in need!).

Condition of Goods: Donated furniture must be in good and clean reusable condition, free of rips, tears, marks, stains, and excessive wear. Mattresses must be clean and without stains or marks. All items with fabric or fillers must have a FIRE SAFETY LABEL, except for antiques.
Please note that we currently do not accept large sofas, large or heavy armchairs, or washing machines and dishwashers.

How to donate
You can donate your furniture by contacting [email protected] to arrange a collection. If you are able to drop off donations, please email us beforehand with a description of the item, its condition, and accompanying pictures to see if we are able to accept it. All upholstered goods must have fire safety labels intact.
Please do not just turn up with items at the store as you may be turned away.

Our Process
- Collection: We'll collect your donated furniture from your home or office at an arranged convenient time. Simply schedule a collection by contacting us online or by phone.
- Distribution: After collection, donated furniture is either gifted to a family in need or sold with the donor's permission to cover the running costs of the charity.
